The Application of Alchemistic Essences
According to the ancient medical teachings of Alchemy and Ayurveda, the seven principal metals and jewels (as well as certain plants) have effects that correspond to the powers of the seven classical planets. Disease is regarded as a disturbance of one of these energies, in which the disharmony from the mental and energetic realms descends into the material body, in other words, from the crown chakra down into the most physical, the root chakra. If an illness is to be cured for good, the disturbance has to be harmonized on all levels and in all chakras into which it has descended.
The disharmony has to be „vibrated out“ in the reverse direction. For instance, in the case of intestinal diseases, it is not enough to treat only the corresponding chakra.
All the chakras above up to the crown chakra have to be rebalanced as well.
The alchemistic Jewel and Metal Essences are keyed to the highest vibrational level of human beings, because if something uplifts their vibration in a harmonic fashion, as a positive side effect any disease will vanish by itself.

A first simple, but very effective step to restore an organism to its healthy rhythms and supreme harmonies consists in the application of Gold Essence in the mornings and Silver Essence in the evenings. These will rebalance the polar forces of male and female (yin and yang).
A second simple form of treatment is the alchemistic Weekly Treatment Course in which the essences alternate on a daily basis. On a certain day you use the essence that corresponds to the dominant planet or dominant planet energy of that day.
Applying alchemical essences
According to the traditional teachings of Alchemy and the experiential knowledge accumulated there, a person’s well-being is determined by whether the seven archetypal planetary forces in their system are in harmony. These seven planetary forces are in resonance with the seven chakras, the main energy centers of the human body, with the seven principal organs, glands and so on.
So, practical application of alchemical essences is actually quite simple:
Suitable for everybody: Basic energy regulation
- can be done with the Paracelsus Life Elixir
- or by using Gold Essence “Aurum Potabile” in the morning, Silver Essence in the evening, META Rescue around midday. As an alternative to Aurum Potabile, KOBRA Gold, a special variation, can be used.
- For smaller imbalances, Rescue Essences are suitable, especially META Rescue.
Suitable for everybody: Alchemical Weekly Treatment Course
The Alchemical Weekly Treatment Course employs a different essence for each day of the week corresponding to each day’s planet: Sunday means a Sun Essence, Monday a Moon Essence, Tuesday a Mars Essence and so on.
Suitable for everybody: Combination Essences
There are single essences that contain only one substance like a metal or a precious stone, and there are combination essences. These have a certain “theme”, a certain focus of effectiveness, but still are suitable for everybody wishing to work on a certain issue. Among these combination essences we count:
- GOLD Sulphur, MOON Eclipse, VENUS Transit, Carlsmetall, RESCUE 2013 – 18
What’s also suitable for everybody is a combined application of the following single essences:
- GOLD Sulphur together with Flower Rescue (aura protection)
- Meteorite A Essence together with RESCUE 2013 – 18 (connecting with oneself or the Higher Self)
- Pearl Essence (in the evening) together with Emerald Essence (in the morning) (dissolving emotional blockages, supporting dream work)
- Antimony Essence together with META Rescue (letting go, cleansing)
- Antimony Essence together with KOBRA GOLD Essence (cleansing, dissolving blockages related to chronic conflicts and problems)
Individually: A variety of single essences
Normally one would, according to the issues concerned, select up to four single essences. Additionally, one would also select one Rescue Essence, for instance, Flower Rescue or META Rescue.
- Select according to which chakra seems disharmonious
- Select according to the issue described for the essence
- Select intuitively or after testing with our test set of 9 Metal, Jewel and Flower Essences
- Select according to our “list of indications” (refer to our books on the topic or the Alchemical Essences website)
Application of alchemical essences created according to Paracelsus
“Aurum Potabile” – Gold Essence, KOBRA Gold, Silver and Antimony Essences:
Gold, KOBRA Gold and Antimony: Usually 5 to 10 drops in the morning and around midday, respectively, are sufficient – take them right onto the tongue or in a couple of spoonfuls of water. Move them around in the mouth for a few seconds, then swallow.
In cases of energy slumps, acute problems or if a quick and strong effect is desired, the dosage can be increased: up to 30 drops in the morning and around midday, respectively.
If you use Silver Essence simultaneously:
Gold Essence in the morning, Silver Essence in the evening, 5 to 10 drops respectively (increase dosage up to 30 drops if quicker and stronger effect is desired).
Using Rescue Essence, Jewel Rescue, Metal Rescue, Flower Rescue or Meta Rescue – 10 drops around midday – can also be a valuable supplement to the use of gold and silver essences.
All other essences:
10 drops up to three times a day; Rescue Essences: up to 10 drops per hour.
For the Weekly Treatment Course with all three daily essences (metal, jewel and flower essences), you take a daily total of 30 drops – i.e., 3 times 10 drops on weekdays, but 6 times 5 drops on Saturday and Sunday, respectively. As a supplement, Meta Rescue is recommended, 10 drops per day, taken in the morning in times of stress, otherwise in the evening.
Please note: It is more effective to take small doses regularly over a long period of time than to take large doses over short periods.
Explanatory note: These essences are also effective when applied externally. Thus, tests employing meridian energy measurements have shown that external application can harmonize blockages and activate the energy system. For external application proceed as follows: Apply 2 – 3 drops to the skin area in question (or more, depending on the size of the area) and rub in gently. There is also the possibility of an overall effect by “symbolic” application to the bend of the elbow or the hollow of the knee. Applying the essence to the area over the chakras that correspond to the respective essence has also proven to be beneficial – for example, Diamond, Copper or Forget-me-not Essences for the third-eye chakra in the middle of the forehead.
Adopting the term “stock bottle” on the labels of all essences, not just for the flower essence preparations, seemed logical, as concentrations are markedly higher than in the traditional stock bottle. The recommended dosages for adults of 5 – 10 drops up to three times a day refer to the stock bottle concentration.
For sensitive persons, especially children, and in the case of long-term treatment over several months, a third of the normal dosage will usually be sufficient (i.e., 5 – 10 drops once a day or 3 drops of an essence up to three times a day). To facilitate measuring, a stock bottle can be diluted with the double amount of Grappa or alcohol of 30 - 40 percent strength, which makes 90 ml and brings you back to the easier apportioning of 5 – 10 drops up to three times a day.

Alchemical Weekly Treatment
Summary of LIFE-TEST results of RUBEDO Essences
„Bio-Angstrom“ is a standarized measuring unit established by Dr. Oberbach (1 Bio-Angstrom = approx. 1 Bovis). A healthy cell or a healthy individual will show an emission of 7000 Bio-Angstrom (7000 - 8000 Bovis), highly spiritual people will show about 14000 to 21 000 Bio-Angstrom or – very rarely – even more. Substances with an emission of 7000 Bio-Angstrom or even more, like the alchemical Essences, are reckoned to be highly bio-active and harmonious. The established threshold of measurement is 40000 Bio-Angstrom. All tests were commissioned by the LIFE-TEST Institute and conducted by the “Institut für Bioresonanz” in St. Blasien (Southern Germany), which specializes in such tests. All test samples had the same concentration as our regular bottles of 10 and 30 mls. This means that the energy of our mother tinctures offered in 3-ml-bottles is correspondingly much higher.
